Apple-oatmeal pancakes

It's impossible to resist the aroma, which is spread through the house when the pancakes are fried. Stressless way to wake up Your family in the morning :-)
Ingredients
- 110 g flour
- 90 g oatmeal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 250 ml mnilk
- 1 big apple, peepled
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
1) Combine flour, oats, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Mix well.
2) Beat the eggs with milk. Grate the apple.
3) Gradually pour the milk to dry ingredients while constantly stirring. Mix well, but not for too long. Read: How to make pancakes.
4) Add grated apples and mix again quickly. You will get quite thin batter. Cover the dish with a cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5) Remove the batter from the refrigerator and stir well. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a dash of vegetable oil, just not too much.
Drop a large spoonful of batter into the hot pan and flatten it out a little, otherwise You'll have problem to getting them cooked in the center before the skin in burnt. Do not overcrowd the frying pan and fry over low to medium heat.
6) Flip over when the skin starts turning golden brown underneath and fry 2-3 minutes more. Then fry another batch of pancakes.
