Horseradish apple sauce

Excellent, awakening taste buds addition to meats. This horseradish is particularly good with pork.
Ingredients
- 80 grams of horseradish roots
- 2 large sour apples
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt and sugar to taste (app. 1 tsp of each)
1) Peel horseradish and apples. Cut into pieces and place in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
2) Add the sour cream, vinegar, salt and sugar. Once again, blend everything until incorporated. Transfer into a nice airtight container and serve in it.
Horseradish tends to lose some of its pungency, so always seal the containers with horseradish tightly.
