White wine with summer fruits
800 ml
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) semisweet wite wine
  • 300 g sweet melon
  • 3 ripe apricots (can be substituded with plums)
  • 1 bunch lemon balm (or mint)

Wine infusing:: 2 hours

Cook time: 10 minutes

Total time: 2 hours 10 minutes

1) Wash, dry and put lemon balm in a jar. Bruise it with pestle, or a blunt end of a ladle.

2) Cut out the balls from a melon using a teaspoon or a special instrument to cut out the balls and put them into the jar.

Remove apricots' stones and chop apricots roughly, transfer into the jar.

3)      Fill the jar with wine. Cover with a foil and place in fridge for 2 hours to infuse.

Serve cold!

P.S. Do not discard the fruits, they taste amazing!
